Tristan is a detailed-oriented litigator representing manufacturing, energy, financial and technology companies around the country. He has considerable experience in all phases of litigation, including multiple jury trials, bench trials and arbitration hearings.
Tristan handles matters involving trade secrets, confidential information and restrictive covenants, such as non-competes and non-solicits. He has litigated numerous such cases for technology companies, insurance and financial services firms, and food and beverage manufacturers. Tristan also has particular proficiency in software-as-a-service (SaaS) contracts, software and data implementations, and other matters for fin-tech clients. His practice also includes defending class action lawsuits in state and federal court.
Additionally, Tristan has extensively handled shareholder and corporate governance matters for multiple clients, such as law firms, financial institutions, manufacturers and real estate companies. He has been involved in these cases in nearly every capacity, as counsel to majority and minority owners, as well as to receivers and referees.
