Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner William D. Christ has been elected to the National Federation for Just Communities (NFJC) of Western New York Board of Directors. The NFJC is a human relations organization dedicated to overcoming racism, bias and discrimination by building understanding, respect and trust through education, advocacy and community involvement.
At Phillips Lytle, Mr. Christ is an experienced litigator and serves as the firm’s Litigation Practice Group leader. He has significant experience in the defense of personal injury, products liability, workplace accident, wrongful death and construction claims, as well as insurance coverage and commercial litigation, including contract disputes and business torts. Mr. Christ is also a member of the firm’s Governing Committee.
Mr. Christ graduated from New York University School of Law (J.D., 1990) and Boston College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1986). He is a member of the Advisory Council for the Boy Scouts of America, Greater Niagara Frontier Council, and serves on the Board of Directors for Suneel’s Light Foundation.
