Phillips Lytle Partner William D. Christ Named to The Daily Record Litigation Power 20 List 

Buffalo, N.Y. — Phillips Lytle LLP Partner William D. Christ has been selected by The Daily Record as one of Western New York’s top power players in litigation. Recognizing his track record of success and experience as a litigator, The Daily Record featured Mr. Christ in its Power 20 Litigation List.

The list is part of an ongoing series highlighting attorneys who are making the biggest impacts in the Buffalo and Rochester regions and leading the legal community into the future. The Daily Record previously featured Mr. Christ in its Power 20 Personal Injury List for his outstanding work in defending personal injury cases. Mr. Christ is an experienced litigator and leads Phillips Lytle’s Litigation Practice Group, which provides a broad spectrum of expertise including commercial litigation, personal injury defense, product liability and mass torts, class action, government operations, white collar criminal defense and government investigations, life sciences and health effects, insurance coverage, appellate and construction litigation. The attorneys in this practice group appear before all levels of state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies and alternative dispute resolution forums. 

Mr. Christ also serves as the Leader of the Personal Injury Defense Litigation Practice Team. He maintains significant experience in the defense of product liability, workplace accident, wrongful death and construction claims, as well as insurance coverage and commercial litigation, including contract disputes and business torts. He is admitted to practice in New York, Washington, D.C., and Massachusetts, as well as all four federal district courts in New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
