Lindsey Haubenreich presented at the second meeting to discuss the Gateway Lofts project to the Planning Commission in which said the project is an adapted reuse project, to reuse a part of the already existing Gateway Center. The building is now designated as a contributing structure on the state and national historic register, allowing the structure to be saved, restored and revitalized.
