Rochester, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP announced the addition of Mark F. Pincelli as an associate. He is based in the firm’s Rochester office.
Mr. Pincelli concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and labor and employment litigation. He also has experience litigating medical malpractice matters.
Mr. Pincelli received his B.A., cum laude, from Alfred University, his M.S. from St. John Fisher College and his J.D., summa cum laude, from University of Baltimore School of Law.
