Jacob Sonner presented client HBC Victor LLC’s objection to the project that would build a hotel on the adjacent parking lot of of their anchor building at the town of Victor Planning Board meeting. He noted that the planned hotel is a breach of the construction operation and reciprocal easement agreement.
