Birmingham recently spoke on a panel at the Ontario Bar Association’s “Institute Across Borders: Legal Issues and Best Practices for Ontario Lawyers from Around the World” conference. Ms. Birmingham showcased her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, specifically with respect to interacting with local counsel in other jurisdictions. Ms. Birmingham was a featured speaker on a panel titled “How to Effectively Work with Counsel in Other Countries.”

The conference allows seasoned law experts to help new and veteran solicitors and litigators gain insights to assertively guide clients through the intricacies and opportunities of a global world.

Ms. Birmingham’s practice involves a comprehensive range of transactional corporate matters with a particular emphasis on private and public company merger and acquisition transactions for both domestic and international clients across numerous industry sectors.
