Read the ArticleDeveloper Douglas Jemal received approval from the Buffalo Planning Board to move forward with plans to consolidate seven parcels and 1.4 acres of land of the former Simon Electric properties into one large property that extends between Ellicott and Oak streets in Buffalo.
Phillips Lytle Partner Lindsey Haubenreich says redevelopment plans are still in the concept phase, but that it will “transform and revitalize underutilized buildings and parking lots into a vibrant live, work, and play environment.”
