Phillips Lytle Partners Marc Goldberg and Christopher Barraza represent Goodleap LLC in a lawsuit alleging the plaintiffs were deceived into buying faulty solar panels. Goodleap is the lender that provides the financing to the plaintiffs. Goldberg told the judge that the plaintiffs must be held to the terms of the loan agreement they signed, as it is their responsibility to read the terms.
